S.O.S ! Bad Battery or Alternator?

Sup guys , looking for guidance here. So i have a 99 lude that was swapped to manual and i recently put in a P13 to support this change and fortunately it worked. But now i'm facing this dilemma in which my car dies out of no where. I put it in yesterday afternoon and it was fine until like noon today when i tried to relocate it at work. Would constantly just click which gave me the idea to charge the battery which i managed to for a couple hours and i managed to get around a bit but then it died on me in the middle of the street . Had my homie come and give me a jump and managed to get it on my street a couple blocks away before it did the same while i pulled on my street. My friend is suggesting it could be my alternator, maybe i needed to program the ecu to match the lude? Maybe the battery is Cheeks? Idk just spitballing here....but i don't want to make any hasty decisions just yet. Any ideas?

Picture just shows how i have the ecu plugged in that allowed me to drive the car. (When other harness was connected , D4 and 2 were lighting up on the cluster because i haven't changed it yet from auto to manual. didn't drive it when it showed up just because i wouldn't know what would happen if i did but when its unconnected the two lights don't show up).

Try to swap in a known good battery. A bad battery not only will not hold a charge but can create all sorts of weird symptoms. Check battery voltage with and without car running.
