How does it improve 5 mpg? Is there any sacrifice in performance to gain that 5 mpg?

Does anyone know the dimensions of the bolt pattern for the passenger side seat? I know the bolt sizes, but I need the hole pattern.

Thanks!

Not to sound like RT, but the intake and exhaust won't help anything because the car was already designed to breathe extremely well. The only I/H/E piece that really matters is the header, and only if it's not OEM size.

Preludes, along with many other vehicles, run extremely rich from the factory. Leaning out the A/F ratios will improve horsepower and gas mileage. Plus with the VAFC, you can even out your power curve by adjusting the engagement point.

The only downside of a piggyback is that it is a piggyback. You won't be able to tune the car to its full potential since you can only adjust a few things.

the lights on my 5th gen dash gauges are really dim and i have the setting turned up to the highest. i was wondering is there a way to replace those bulbs? and would it be ricey if i had blue lights instead of the stock yellow/white. same for the ghetto clock on the dash, could i replace that light as well?

I also noted that the air condition/heating switches are really different in the later years of the 5th gen than the first few years. is it possible i can switch that out for the newer unit?

There should be a lot of the info you need in the link in my signature. Changing the color of the clock would require getting a different filter or putting a piece of colored plastic over it in place of the stock one. Older Accords and Civics have a white filter that would fit.

yeah its the wideband.
figured it out, keep the primary and secondary, add the aem bung before the cat. still unsure if it goes before or after the primary though. been reading threads about it and some say before the cat, but darren said to go before the primary.

and this was the one...

Put on a high-flow cat. Get a different muffler. Vibrant makes good, reasonably quiet mufflers. Add a resonator too if you dont already have one

Hey guys.
I've been thinking about it for a while and I'm condiering putting a turbo in my 97 Prelude SiR. H22A engine, DOHC VTEC, 2.2 ltr, manual etc. I have, however, no idea what I'd need to do to the engine and shafts etc so if someone could tell me what'd I'd need to do and how much it'd cost if someone has done it before. Any info would be mean.
Cheers!

depends what you wanna set your psi at with your stock engine i believe you can have a turbo with 7-10 psi be for you destroy your engine. if you want more power then you will need a better engine and/or do an engine rebuild so that it can handle the power of the turbo.

im not 100% sure but im sure someone will jump in or correct me if im wrong.
