Factory sub fuse??

Hey guys.. I recently removed my deck and then put it back in exactly the same way it was hooked up and for some reason now my factory 6x9 Sub doesn't work anymore.. All the other speakers are working perfectly just not the sub.. Any ideas why it stopped working all off a Sudden? Is there a fuse on the amp for this sub or a fuse anywhere in general.. I'm really confused here as I didn't change the wiring or anything and even pulled the deck out again just to check all the wiring. Any info would be greatly appreciated guys!

I know right.. I don't understand. I really liked the way my system sounded with the 6x9, it gave it just a bit extra kick.. I'm wondering if there is a fuse somewhere for it or what the deal is??

hydro_bb1 is an unknown quantity at this point
Isn't there an external amp on the 6x9? Test to see if it's getting any power.

that factory sub should have input from the factory head unit and harness i would believe.. so if you have an aftermarket head unit you would have to have an amp wired the same way as an aftermarket sub. None of my preludes have ever worked i guess maybe the factory amp could be going bad they're getting pretty old.

Yes.. I noticed the remote wire and everything is wired as it should be.. Does anyone know if there is a fuse on the factory amp?
