Ebay mugen pedals do need some fooling around with. Some people use some sort of "super glue" material so it doesn't fall off......and there were some that had problems with screwing them onto the OEM pedals...

^This. Not to mention from the safety aspect, stickon/screw-on pedals not my thing only from the safety risks.

You'll need to just push it into place and try and line it up with the holes. It is quite awkward and can take a bit of time to get them to line up.

have a friend push it in while you line it up

well the plastics on the OEM pedals fade out and thats why i'd like to upgrade..

i bought the mugens from a guy but i beleive they were fakes. considering forking out the money for some real deal holyfields.

i've heard/read of folks putting grip tape on the pedals but to me it looks a bit half assed but very cost effective.

xkjnboix will become famous soon enough
remove your oem pedals, cut off the oem medal part or weld a larger surface to it which is the same dimensions as the mugen or fugen pedals. drill holes and use counter sunk screws and nuts.

time consuming, yes
alot of effort, yes
the right way, yes

looking to get some fugens myself =P
