This is the lifesaver hardware when installing fogs. Go to any junkyard and look for some old accords or acuras. Then pull off these screws that hold up the mudflaps to the bumper/fender or secure the wheel well shrouding to the bumper/fender/skirt. Half will be those square plastic things, but half will have the speed nuts pictured above.
A good two dozen cost me like 3 bucks.
