The issue was with my 5th gen, but it was the same exact thing that happened to your 3g. My actually has an intake made from autozone parts already haha, previous owner did that.

Thanks for the compliments! The "gettos" are just the run down areas. I'm not in Florida but every state has them. As you know - cars that grab attention tend to get stolen, around where i live when that happens the owners usually find them stripped in the run down areas (gettos) . killswitches, wheel locks, even your own personal wheel boot helps.
